We hope everyone is enjoying the summer!
As the weather has warmed, so has the list of maintenance required on our homes . The Architectural Review Committee will be completing a walk-thru of our neighborhood within the next two weeks. The ARC will be doing an inspection of all properties and walking around all homes within our sub-division.
Please take the time to review the ARC standards and guidelines posted on the community website before this time to see if everything on the list is or has been addressed. Regular maintenance items such as power-washing and lawn mowing and care are easy to take care of and help to keep our neighborhood looking beautiful for all of our residents and visitors.

The TOA Board of Directors has contracted with COLLEGIATE SEALERS AND PAVING, 44l80 Wade Drive, Suite 200 Chantilly, VA 20152, (703) 542-5555, to accomplish crack ?lling, seal coating, and striping for the private roads servicing 6712 thru 6677 Hanson Rd, 8491 & 8493 Accotink Rd, and 8305 thru 8513 Accotink Rd on Aug 21 and Aug 22 2013.
