Twinbrook Annual Homeowners Virtual Meeting is scheduled for

TOA Homeowners,
It is time for our Annual Meeting, which we will conduct virtually via Zoom Meeting again this year as the library still has very limited hours. Daniele will send out the information to join the Zoom Meeting by computer or telephone.
The basic meeting agenda includes review and approval of the 2021 meeting minutes (FY 2022), board and committee reports, reserve study update, document review update and then open the floor for new business.
Please join us as we would like to discuss/vote on the following:
- Dues increase
- Signs - revise signs that can be placed in yards to allow for additional types of signs and clarify sign details.
- Volunteers - allow household members that are not owners to volunteer on committees.
- Quorum - change a quorum from 60 percent to 51 percent since we are a community of only 35 homes and 51 percent is the standard.
I have included the details of the proposed amendments and a proxy form if you are unable to attend the meeting. The proxy form must be signed and given to a member of the association who is eligible to vote at the annual meeting.
