Historically, the most common discrepancies include dirty siding, missing shutters, porticos in disrepair, and unauthorized items (such as satellite dishes on the front roof). Other areas of concern are substandard lawn care and fences in disrepair.
The TOA Architectural Review Committee (ARC) is dedicated to upholding our neighborhood's high standards of appearance and exceptional property values. To achieve this, the ARC will:
- Conduct its semi-annual walk-through on May 18th
- Notify owners of any discrepancies and provide a 30-day window for resolution
- After the initial 30 days, implement a fee of $10 per week until the discrepancy is rectified
- Handle individual issues pertaining to specific discrepancies on a case-by-case basis
