TOA Homeowners,
It is time for our Annual Meeting, which we will conduct in person at the Kingstowne Public Library.
The basic meeting agenda includes review and approval of the 2022 meeting minutes (FY 2023), board and committee reports, reserve study update, document review update and then open the floor for new business.
Please join us as we would like to discuss/vote on the following:
- Dues Increase
- By-Law Changes
I have included a proxy form if you are unable to attend the meeting. The proxy form must be signed and given to a member of the association who is eligible to vote at the annual meeting.
