TOA Homeowners,
It is time for our Annual Meeting, however in the current social distancing environment we intend to conduct the meeting virtually via Zoom Meeting. Daniele will send out the information to join the Zoom Meeting by computer or telephone. Please let the Board know if you prefer to participate in person “live” and we will make arrangements.
The basic meeting agenda includes review and approval of the 2019 meeting minutes, board and committee reports, proposed revisions to TOA governing documents, and then open up the floor for new business.
The proposed revisions to TOA Articles of Incorporation, Notice to Buyers, Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, By-Laws, Architectural Standards and Guidelines and the Architectural Review Application to include a summary of major changes are located at the Twinbrook Owners Association website at twinbrookatmountair.info for your review. We will open the floor for any discussion then vote to finalize the documents.
We already have one volunteer to join the board and we are looking for another volunteer to fill the projected vacancies. As a reminder, we must vote the volunteers to the board during this meeting and the board will decide board positions at a later date.
