The Voting Proxy must be signed and brought to the meeting by a member of the association who is eligible to vote at the annual meeting.
With the departure of Janet Carlson, there is vacancy on the Board of Directors for a non-voting Member-at-large. If you ar interested, please notify the Board prior to the August 13 meeting. No experience is required.

Contact Ronaly Hoseth with corrections. A final copy will be distributed at the annual meeting or as soon as possible following the meeting.
