It’s that time of year again for the semi-annual Architectural Review Committee (ARC) walk-thru. The Spring walk-thru is scheduled for June 25th.

Historically, the most common discrepancies are dirty siding, missing shutters, porticos in disrepair, and unauthorized items (such as satellite dishes on the front roof). Other high-interest items are substandard lawn-care and fences in disrepair.
The TOA Board is focused on ensuring our neighborhood continues to maintain its high standards of appearance and its exceptional property values. In order to accomplish this, the Board will:
- Conduct its semi-annual walk-thru June 25th
- Notify owners of discrepancies and provide 30 days to fix
- After 30 days, charge $10 per week until discrepancy is fixed
Individual issues with a specific discrepancy can be handled on a case by case basis.
