TOA Homeowners,
It is time for our Annual Meeting, which we will conduct virtually via Zoom Meeting again this year due to the current social distancing environment we are unfortunately still in. Daniele will send out the information to join the Zoom Meeting by computer or telephone.
The basic meeting agenda includes review and approval of the 2020 meeting minutes (FY 2021), board and committee reports, the findings of the Document Review Committee and Reserve Committee, and then open the floor for new business.
