It is that time of year again, when the homeowners of Twinbrook at Mount Air come together for our annual meeting.
We are a small self-managed homeowners association. Ownership of a lot in Twinbrook at Mount Air carries with it the right to vote at Association meetings, thereby assuring that each Owner has a voice in the business affairs of the Association.
Mark your calendars and PLEASE plan to attend. The meeting is only expected to last one hour.
If you are not able to attend please complete the enclosed proxy form which must be signed and brought to the meeting by a member of the association who is eligible to vote at the annual meeting.
Agenda items: Committee positions, annual budget, updated ARC and By-laws guidelines and standards enforcement.
