Twinbrook Homeowners,
Our Twinbrook Owners Association (TOA) annual meeting will be held on Monday, September 8th from 7:30 to 8:30 PM at the Kingstowne Library.
This will be an in-person meeting and will not be streamed or broadcasted. If you are unable to attend, please fill out the proxy form in your stead so that we may have a quorum. We require more than half the households in our association represented at this meeting. If you are not attending, please email your signed proxy form to board@twinbrookatmountair.info.
At this meeting, we will be voting for the Treasurer and Secretary positions on our Board of Directors. Your time, attendance, and vote as a Twinbrook Homeowner at this annual meeting are very much appreciated.
