Hello Twinbrook Homeowners,

You are invited to a Special Meeting of the Twinbrook Owners Association on December 2nd at 7PM at Kingstowne Library. As discuss at the Annual Meeting, the purpose of this meeting is to discuss and vote on proposals provided by the Committee on Property Management Proposals.

This announcement was delivered to homeowners today Monday November 11 and includes the proxy if you cannot attend the meeting, a volunteer letter and form and a spreadsheet on the management companies

The proposals from the management companies can be found below. Additionally, the spreadsheet that was delivered has been updated and has also been posted below.
